Hyundai Construction Equipment India inaugurates dealership at A&N Islands


Port Blair, Dec 08: Hyundai Construction Equipment Hundai Construction India Private Limited (HCEIPL), the manufacturers of technologically advanced Excavators in India, on 08th December inaugurated the new dealership GENNEXT Heavy Equipments (Andamans) Pvt Ltd at Port Blair. The dealership was inaugurated by Mr. Anup Nair, VP & Business Head, Hyundai Construction Equipment India Private Limited.
Present at the inauguration function were Mr. Joydeep Baksi, National Sales Manager, Mr Jayakrishnan G, Regional General Manager South, Mr. Saji G, Regional Parts Manager, Mr. Rinu Mathew Philip, Branch Manager from HCEIPL and Mr. I.J Khurana, Chairman and Mr.Sagar Khurana, Managing Director from GENNEXT Heavy Equipments were present at the inaugural function. GENNEXT Heavy Equipments will cater to customers across Andaman & Nicobar Islands who employ excavators for Quarry, Mining, Infrastructure and Road projects. The dealership opened their office in Bengali Club.
Speaking on this occasion, Mr.Anup Nair, said, “We are excited about the new dealership as it would further strengthen Hyundai’s market share in Andaman & Nicobar Islands market. GENNEXT Heavy Equipments (Prince Group) is a known and established name in Andaman with varied business operations from Hardware’s to Automobile. Their rich knowledge and established brand name will add a lot of value to Hyundai customers in providing the highest level of support & customer satisfaction. The dealership is well equipped to provide complete sales, service and spares support for all the equipment’s operating within their territory, from smaller tonnage to bigger tonnage.
Mr. Anup Nair further added, “Hyundai is currently at No.2 position in India with its excavators ranging from 3.5T to 51T and enjoys a market share of over 17%, with the launch of fuel efficient SMART Series Excavators and are planning to strengthen the position even further. Andaman & Nicobar Islands excavator market is expected to grow multifold in the coming years with huge demand in Infrastructure development & Hyundai aspires to be No.1 in this market through GENNEXT HEAVY FQUIPMENTS. Hence expanding the reach to get even more closer to customers by increasing Dealer outlets from 180 to 200 by year end.
