Aberdeen Police solves burglary case within 4 hours

Port Blair, Feb 11: The special team of PS Aberdeen has solved a case of burglary within 4 hours and arrested 3 accused namely (1) K.P.K David R/o Round Basthi (2) S. Abdul Rehman R/o Round Basthi, and (3) R. Rajesh R/o Fisheries and recovered the stolen property.

On 07/02/2018 a burglary case was registered for theft of 5-6 kg of winding Copper from a shop at Shadipur near Rajasthan Mandir the intervening night of 06/02/2018 & 07/02/2018.

Upon this, the special team of PS Aberdeen consisting of HC V. Hentho, PC Suresh, PC Shiv Kumar and PC Jayanta Biswas under close supervision of Inspr. A. K. Singh, SHO PS Aberdeen put in tremendous efforts in gathering intelligence. On credible information from a reliable source, three suspected persons were apprehended and the stolen property was recovered from their possession.

The entire operation took place under the direction of Inspr. A. K. Singh, SHO PS Aberdeen and overall supervision of SDPO (SA) Shri Nishant Gupta. The informant will be suitably rewarded and his/her identity will be kept secret.
