ANSCB Observes World Divyang Diwas 2019 at Wandoor Beach

Port Blair, Dec 03: The Andaman & Nicobar State Cooperative Bank Ltd. organised an excursion tour programme on 3rd December, 2019 at Wandoor Beach South Andaman for the divyang customers to mark the Celebration of World Divyang Diwas 2019.

The programme was inaugurated by Mr. Bhagat Singh, Chairman of the bank in presence of Mr. K. Murugan, Managing Director, ANStCB Ltd. A large gathering of divyang persons along with their family members from various areas of South Andaman district, Bank Officials, and a large no. of tourist visiting Wandoor beach attended the programme.

Mr. Bhagat Singh, Chairman, ANStCB Ltd was the Chief Guest of the function and in his keynote address he urged all the people to come forward and avail the benefit of banking services with the bank.

Further Mr. K. Murgan, Managing Director informed that today is the day for the disabled persons and they are esteemed customers of the Bank. The Bank has started the schemes for the disabled person to get their pension at their door steps.

Shri Bhagat Singh, Chairman, A & N State Coop. Bank Ltd, handed over the gifts to the divyang persons.A live orchestra-cum-musical programme was also organised for the beneficiaries by the bank on the occasion. At the end, complimentary gifts were also distributed by the bank for the beneficiaries followed by lunch.

The programme ended with a vote of thanks proposed by Mr. M.K. Rajan Kunju, DGM (F&A), ANStCB Ltd.
