Commanding Officer of Islands Terriers visits Abbhudaya Complex

Port Blair April 17: Commanding Officer of Islands Terriers, 154 (Territorial Army) Bihar, Col Upjit Singh Randhawa along with his wife Mrs. Ranjeet Kaur Randhawa, Sub – Major M.N. Mahanta, Sub – M.S. Mohanty and his team “Island Terriers” 154 (Territorial Army) Bihar paid a special visit to Abbhudaya Complex, as part of the “Outreach Programme”.
They interacted with old age people, Disabled children and Orphan Children and also they distributed gifts to the old age people and disabled children along with refreshment.
After that they had a get together with all the staffs of Abbhudaya Complex, during which the Commanding Officer said that he was very happy to visit the Home. He also agreed and wish to provide career guidance to the Orphan Children and during the visit they planned for the formal programme of “Army Band” at this complex.
He appreciated all the team of Abbhudaya Complex for their services and well maintaining the home and providing hygienic environment to the inmates. At the end of the visit they honored the CDPO, Smti. Banamala Adhikary with the memento and gave special thanks to the In-charge of Abbhudaya Complex, Mr. Pradeep Kumar.
