Hindu Seva Sangh Delegation meets Vice President

Port Blair, July 09: A delegation from Hindu Seva Sangh – HSS met Mr. M.Venkaiah Naidu ji , The Vice-President of India, at Raj Niwas on 05/07/18. Besides explaining the Vice-President about Hindu Seva Sangh and the various activities being carried out by the HHS the delegation handed over a letter with following points for the benefit of islanders.

Speeding up the process of Bambooflat –Chatham Bridge which is still at the DPR stage even after the lapse of three years of announcement by the Minister for MoRTH, Mr. Nitin Gadgari at a public function at Bambooflat.

There are thousands of vacancies in different department under Andaman & Nicobar administration which needs to be filled at an earliest. Persons serving as DRM and those list of people who are to get appointment on compensate ground is also pending since long. All eligible candidates under these two categories may also be considered amicably.

Registration of all temples that are already built, but which are not yet registered. Moreover, request to form a centralized autonomous body where the funds received by the government from the famous temples like Sree Balaji Tirupati, Sree Sai Mandir, etc may be collected and handed over to the particular centralized body. This centralized autonomous body would be authorized to be utilized these types of fund collected through donation for the benefit of Hindu Community.

Reservation Policy must be reviewed. Reservation must be based on economic condition of the person rather than caste, creed or religion.

Mr. M.Venkaiah Naidu, the Vice-President of India, gave a patient hearing and wishes all the best to the entire team of Hindu Seva Sangh to prosper and work for the benefit of human community.
