Teens Face Charges in Bike Burglary

Port Blair, May 04: Special team of PS Pahargaon has busted a teenagers gang involved in stealing of motorbikes in Port Blair city. The Police has recovered as many as 07 bikes from the juveniles.
On receiving a complaint of burglary of two bikes from Austinabad area during the night of 29/04/18, the Police team consisting of SI P. Jeevan, HC Babu Rao, PC S.N. Pathack and PC E. Khan under the guidance of Insp. Sahil Shamsuddin, SHO PS Pahargaon swung into action and two Juveniles in Conflict with Law were apprehended.
They revealed that they had stolen the bikes from various places of the city. The information was immediately conveyed to PS Aberdeen and a team led by SHO Aberdeen Insp. A. K. Singh immediately joined and all in all 07 bikes were recovered including the two bikes stolen from Austinabad.
The entire operation took place under the supervision of SDPO (SA) Mr. Nishant Gupta.
