Port Blair, Apr 6 : The state unit of Kesaria Hindu Vahini (KHV) has requested the Lt. Governor Of Andaman & Nicobar Islands to declare official holiday on the auspicious occasion of Rama Navami i.e on 21/04/2021 .

The Significance of the Festival indicates the victory of goodness on evil and establishment of the Dharma to beat the Adharma. This Day is celebrated in complete Islands with great enthusiasm. “This year the day marks a great importance as our Prime Minister Mannaniya Narendra Modi laid the Foundation Stone for Ram Mandir in Ram Janmabhoomi, Ayodhya,” a communication received from Mr. Diptendu Dasgupta, State President , Kesaria Hindu Vahini said here.
