Port Blair, Sept 26: Kala Kendra – a Society under Department of Art & Culture, in co-ordination with Sahitya Akademi, Kolkata is jointly organizing symposium on Bengali Literature and Culture in Andaman and Bengali Poets’ Meet at 2 pm at Andaman Club on Sept 28, 2019. The inaugural session will start with welcome address of Regional Secretary, Sahitya Akademi, Eastern Region.

In the second session ‘paper readings’ will be presented by Mr. Chittaranjan Roy, Nandalal Debsharma and Samsuz Zaman. Eminent Bengali Poets of Kolkata and Andaman & Nicobar Islands will be presenting their Poems during the poetry session. All are cordially invited to attend the Programme.
