Office of the Revenue Inspector & e-Patwarkhana inaugurated

Port Blair, Oct 04:   Suneel Anchipaka, Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman inaugurated the Office of the Revenue Inspector & e-Patwarkhana at Ograbraj village under Ferrargunj Tehsil on 03rd October, 2020 in presence of  Hari Kallikkat, Assistant Commissioner, South Andaman,  Lakshay Singhal IAS (P) and the Pradhan Gram Panchayat, Mithakhari, Officers from various departments and PRI members attended the function.

 

Speaking on the occasion,  Suneel Anchipaka, Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman reiterated the commitment of the District Administration, South Andaman, in providing seamless and timely services to the General Public. He further stated that with the commencement of e-Patwarkhana at Ograbraj, the General Public would now be able to access all e-Teshil Services such as No-dues and Non-Encumbrance, Local Certificate, OBC Certificate, Income Certificate etc. in real-time. The Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman also stated that the Revenue officials in association with the local public have been doing a commendable job during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and shall continue to extend their services for the betterment of the general public.

 

On this occasion, online certificates, like Income Certificate, Local Certificate and OBC Certificates were generated and issued to the various beneficiaries.

 

The Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman expressed his happiness over the participation of the local people and PRIs in creating this asset and appealed to the general public to avail maximum benefits of the services provided under e-Tehsil Project, besides routine revenue work. Thereafter the Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman interacted to the villagers at Tushnabad junction, who have undertaken a cleanliness drive under the aegis of the Gram Panchayat, Mithakhari.
