Port Blair, Apr 01: Mr. Ajoy Bairagi, State President, Bharatiya Janata Party has prayed to God for blessing the residents of Andaman and Nicobar Islands on the occasion of Good Friday. Every year on the Friday before the Easter Sunday the world commemorates Jesus Christ’s Crucifixion. The day is observed as a day of penance, grief and fasting.
