Port Blair, Nov 1: As part of promotional activity, the IGNOU, Regional Centre, Port Blair has conducted an interaction session with Indian Reserve Battalion (IRBn)- HQ-Port Mourt , A & N Islands personals. During the camp, detailed presentations of various academic programmes offered by IGNOU have been presented to the gathering through power point slides. In addition to power point, the printed handouts have also been distributed to the participants. A special focus on ‘Certificate/PG Diploma in Disaster Management’, ‘Certificate in First Aid’ and “Bachelor’s Preparatory Programme’ for school dropouts has been given for interaction. The Assistant Regional Director, Dr.T.R. Satyakeerthy interacted with the IRBN Police personals, after his presentation.A communication from Regional Director, IGNOU, Regional Centre, Port Blair said.
