Port Blair, Aug 30: 3rd death anniversary of the Rebel Poet Kazi Nazrul Islam was organized recollected by Surangana Sanskritik Sangstha.
In this programme, Respected Sr. Asst. Public Prosecutor, District Court Sunita Sharma was present as Chief Guest. The programme started with the lighting of lamp by the Chief Guest.
After an inaugural song by the members of the Sangsthan, the biography of the Rebel Poet was elaborately expressed by Raisuddin Gayen, solo song was sung by Rina Banerjee, chorus song was sung by Baby Das and Trishna Das, self-composed poem was recited by Priyanshu Banerjee, Nazul-Kobita was recited by N.C. Banerjee.

The programme concluded with the Vote of Thanks by N.C. Banerjee, the President of the Surangana Sanskritik Sangstha.
